'Gis A Job' 2024
Inspired by the character Yosser Hughes from the 1980's BBC drama 'Boys from the Black Stuff'. This has been created using polythene packaging, repurposed wool fabric, hi-vis fabric and reflective tape, oh, and a 3D printed button. Laser cut letters and machine stitched together. Framed by me.

Climbing rope as text. Used to mark the ending to my time as a technician. The dean of the faculty of my first job at Hallam used to sign off with this on all her emails. I always thought it was a bit naff, but it seems to fit with the media used here.
